Letter to JSC President, Mr. Mujuthaz Fahmy

Dear Mujuthaz and the rest of you worthless egocentric hypocrites,

You may have rushed and taken your permanency oaths tonight. But, as a citizen, let me tell you that in our eyes, you have lost what little credibility you might have had. Your 'victory' will be short-lived.

Tonight you shook your head and scoffed as one woman pleaded with the whole of the judiciary to act as the constitution asks of them. But, bear in mind that you are nothing when put up against people power.

Rest well tonight. The future is not going to be an easy ride.

Regards,
Maldivian citizen/s

  2. 'Anonymous', u heard right. She is my sister and I am proud of it.
However, my rage is at corruption and it's for my and the country's rights.
Of course, it is pointless expecting someone who hides their identity even when commenting on a blog to understand that.

  3. A lot of people, including me, are feeling the same. Its a disgrace in the face of the people and I'm worried that the people don't seem to care about what has happened. There should be street protests everywhere, imo, condemning the act by JSC and the judges. But people are going about their lives even today. I am sad.
